My Music on RAI Radio 3

On 25 November 2025, the program “Qui comincia” on RAI Radio 3 will broadcast my piece Così da lumi (from Canto XIV of Dante’s Paradiso), winner of the First Prize at the Guido d’Arezzo International Choral Composition Competition 2023 and the Special Dante Alighieri Prize for the 700th anniversary of the poet’s death. The work is performed by the Coro da Camera di Torino, conducted by Dario Tabbia. The episode will be hosted by Abha Valentina Lo Surdo, with direction by Renata Scognamiglio and editorial production by Federico Vizzaccaro. The program will feature a rich musical journey, including works by Handel, Beethoven, Verdi, and a piece by Raffaele Sargenti. If you’d like to join me, tune in and share this moment. “First prize” to International Choral Composition Competition “CORINFESTA” – AERCO – Chief Jury: John Rutter

Thrilled to share this news!My composition, on a text by Roberta Gallo, has been awarded First Prize (s. B) at the 6th International Composition Competition for Children’s and Youth Choirs “VociInfesta,” organized by AERCO – Accendi la voce. A heartfelt thank-you to the super jury chaired by the great John Rutter (UK) and composed of Tullio Visioli, Claudio Ferrara, Roberto Berzero, and Gyöngyösi Levente (Hungary). The piece also received the Special Mention “Good Texts for Good Music.” Many thanks to the Artistic Directors Andrea Angelini and Luca Buzzavi, and congratulations to all the other awarded composers!
