“Antico Inverno” on Rai Radio3

On October 23, my composition “Antico Inverno”, set to a poem by Salvatore Quasimodo, was featured on Qui comincia, a programme broadcast on Rai Radio3.

The piece, performed by the Coro da Camera di Torino and conducted by Dario Tabbia, is included in their latest CD, Spiriti.

An encounter between poetry and music, in which Quasimodo’s words find a new expressive dimension through choral writing, giving voice to those intimate and profound atmospheres that only music can evoke.

I would like to extend my special thanks to Abha Valentina Lo Surdo for the attention and trust she has shown in my music, and to the Coro da Camera di Torino and Dario Tabbia for bringing this interpretation to life.
